Q. Is there a shuttle from the airport?
A.Yes. The airport shuttle is $31 one-way/taxi $30 one-way (15 minute trip).
Q. How should I dress at conference sessions and activities?
A. Suggested attire is “business casual”. Please keep in mind the facility is air-conditioned.
Q. Does the conference include meals?
A.Yes. Conference fees include an hors d’œuvre reception on Wednesday, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Thursday, and breakfast and lunch on Friday.
Q. Is parking available at the Ritz-Carlton?
A. Yes, valet parking is available. The rates per vehicle are $20.00 for day parking.
Q. Will I be able to access the Internet while at FMS?
A. Yes, guests will be able to access a wireless internet connection throughout the lobby level of the Ritz-Carlton.
Q. Where can I find the latest session updates?
A. Session updates will be posted to this website under the Agenda area as they become available.
Q. Where can I download session presentations?
A. A few days after the conference is over, an email will be sent out to all attendees with a link to presentations given at FMS.
Q. Will I be able to get answers to technical questions about Pyxis Mobile applications while at FMS?
A. Yes. The Mobile Solution Center will be a home to a Pyxis Mobile booth staffed by Pyxis Mobile representatives and an “Ask the Experts” area where you can talk with our engineers and members of our Professional Services Group.
Q. How close is the hotel to theme parks and Disney attractions? Do they offer transportation?
A. The hotel is located close to popular attractions such as Walt Disney World (10 miles) and SeaWorld (two miles); it offers complimentary transportation to and from SeaWorld, Universal Orlando and Wet 'n Wild - advance reservations required through the Concierge.
